Why is it that I cannot control music play through
NH-5000?
• Check whether the paired device
supports Bluetooth profi le AVRCP.
See the user manual of the device
for details.
• Check whether the video is being
played on the screen of your iPod/
iPhone/iPad. If so, press and hold
on the remote control to switch
to video play on the TV.
• Adjust the aspect ratio on the TV.
Why is there no response when I use the remote control to
operate the device?
• Move closer to the device and try
again.
• Aim the remote control directly at
the front of the device.
• The battery may be used up.
Replace the battery with correct
polarity.
Why is my iPod/iPhone/iPad not charged after docking?
• Check whether you have
connected the power cable to
both the device and wall socket
securely.
• Check whether you have docked
your iPod/iPhone/iPad securely.
• Check whether you have turned
the
switch on the back
of the device to the
position.
Why is it that I cannot find “NYNE NH-5000” on the device
already paired with NH-5000?
• Check whether you have turned
on NH-5000.
• Make sure that you have enabled
the Bluetooth function on the
device paired with NH-5000.
• You may have failed to pair the
device with NH-5000. Repeat the
pairing procedures.
• Check whether NH-5000 is
connected wirelessly with another
paired device. NH-5000 only
supports one Bluetooth connection
at a time.
