AT THE HEART OF THE NETWORK
The NXP BlueBox is a development platform series that
provides the required performance, functional safety and
automotive reliability for engineers to develop self-driving
cars. The latest addition to the series, the BLBX2-xx family,
incorporates the S32V234 automotive vision and sensor
fusion processor, the LS2084A embedded computer
processor and the S32R27 radar microcontroller.

DEVELOPMENT PLATFORM
Situated in the heart of the system, the BlueBox requires
strong networking capabilities. Populated on the board, the
5-port switch SJA1105P/Q/R/S series provides the multi-
gigabit switching capability to the system. Combined with 4x
TJA1102 dual port PHY, the BlueBox is perfectly connected
and ready to master complex network topologies.
As safe central computer or in automotive vision systems,
the NXP BlueBox platform delivers the performance required
to analyze driving environments, assess risk factors and then
direct the car’s behavior.
