NOTE If you are installing CodeWarrior for Power Architecture Processors, v8.7
rather than v8.8, the wizard welcome page will have v8.7 rather than v8.8 in it.

3. Follow the wizard’s on-screen instructions to install the CodeWarrior software and the
desired GCC toolchains.
NOTE As you progress through the wizard, make sure you choose the Professional
Edition, not the Linux Application Edition.
When installation is finished, the wizard displays the installation complete page.
4. In the installation complete page:
• Check the Yes, check for program updates box.
• Click Finish.
The CodeWarrior Updater window (Figure 3.3
) appears.
