2.1 Introduction
The electrical specifications are preliminary and are initial evaluation. These
specifications are not fully tested or guaranteed at this early stage of the product life
cycle. Finalized specifications will be published after complete characterization and
device qualifications have been completed.
2.2 Absolute maximum ratings
NOTE
Functional operating conditions appear in the DC electrical
characteristics. Absolute maximum ratings are stress ratings
only, and functional operation at the maximum values is not
guaranteed.
Stress beyond the listed maximum values may affect device
reliability or cause permanent damage to the device.
