Flash EEPROM 256K
Module Memory Map
Overview The memory data is accessible in the address range $4000–$FFFF. All
16 pages of 16K bytes are accessible in the address range
$8000–$BFFF by using the PPAGE register.
The flash module contains a bank of control and status registers in the
same address space INITRG + $100 - INITRG + $10F for each of the
blocks. The active register bank selected via the Flash Configuration
Register which is unbanked (unique) in the address space
