NOTE:
In single chip mode pages are mirrored in the address map, i.e. page
$30 occurs also as $00, $10 and $20. However it is advised that the user
does not make use of this in order to stay compatible with future
derivatives.
This register is used to designate the part ID. Each revision of the chip
will have a unique value in the contents of this register.
