ATTACHING THE STRING - RECURVE BOW PULLEY - FOR COMPOUND BOWS
1.
Take the loose end of the string in your left
hand and grab the top limb near the string
neck with your right hand. Your right hand
should be on the back of the bow.
2.
Place the end of the lower limb you have
attached the string to over your left ankle.
Step over the bow with your right foot into
the space between bow and string, as
shown in the image.
3.
Push the bow towards the string with your
right hand. Attach the loop to the end of
the bow and slowly release the tension.
4.
Check that the string is attached correctly
before releasing the excess pressure.
Please follow the instructions:
Assemble the bow as shown in the image.
• Do not aim at something or somebody until you are ready to shoot.
• Incorrect or negligent use can result in injury.
Cable slide settings—for compound bows
The cable slide should be set in such a way that the arrow does not touch the cable; the cables
also must not be too far from their natural draw route. Too great an angle on the cables can lead
to the cable coming off the cams and causing damage to the bow limb or injury.
Do not draw the bow without tightly fastening the draw length module first. (Beware: avoid
excessive tightening of the screws, as this could damage the threads of the screws. This is not
covered by the guarantee.)
1.
2.
3.
Check which letter matches your draw length: The letter A is the full draw length and weight of the
bow. The last letter is the lowest draw length and weight. Note the letter on your module using the
settings mark. To turn the draw length module, you first have to remove both (2) hex screws.
Lift and turn the module to the desired position and tighten the screws
on both cams to the correct positions.
