Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause Solution
The LED indicator
light does not turn
red to show standby
mode after the
appliance is plugged
in.
The adapter is not properly connected
to the appliance.
The adapter is damaged
Check if the adapter power cable is
correctly inserted into the bottom of
the appliance.
Replace the adapter.
On switching to the
high mode setting,
the airflow does not
increase OR there is
no airflow at all.
