In the unlikely event that you experience
a manufacturing defect with your system,
NuvoH2O may either repair, modify, or
exchange your softener. To qualify for
warranty, you must purchase the system
directly from NuvoH2O or an authorized
NuvoH2O reseller, register your system
with NuvoH2O, and use only genuine
NuvoH2O replacement cartridges and
