N1 Quick Start Guide
Here’s your Nuvap N1 Congratulations! You’ve just received your Nuvap N1, the first device specific for monitoring the main sources of indoor pollution that over time can threaten the health of people. You need to download Nuvap App on your smartphone or tablet to configure your device and start monitoring the pollutants in the rooms of your home or office. The configuration is very easy and guided by the App.
First Configuration of N1 It takes only a few minutes to configure N1. Follow these simple instructions: 1. Connect N1 to the power supply and push the power button (located on the side of the device). 2. Download Nuvap App, create your Nuvap account and Login. 3. Now the App will ask you to scan the QR CODE located under your device to connect it to your Nuvap Account. 4. Close Nuvap App and connect to the Wi-FI network named “NUVAP_F8F00xxxxxx” (from your smartphone or tablet).
First Configuration of N1 Only few more steps to complete the configuration of your N1: 5. Re-open Nuvap App, choose the name and language of your N1 and select NEXT. 6. Now choose your home/office Wi-Fi network and insert your password. Be careful to insert it correctly, this is a very simple yet crucial step. 7. Done! After configuration, your N1 starts monitoring home pollutants and after about 20 minutes you will be able to read its first measurements, through Nuvap App from your smartphone or tablet.
Monitored Pollutants Thanks to its sensors, Nuvap N1 detects up to 24 parameters of indoor air quality:
Operating Modes Nuvap N1 can operate in 3 different modes: - Continuous Mode - Punctual Mode #1: all the parameters in this moment (numeric value) - Punctual Mode #2: only one parameter of your choice with its live graphics. To switch from continuous mode (default, constant monitoring) to punctual mode of operation, just hold down N1 touch button for around 5 seconds, until the violet led light.
Continuous Operating Mode While operating in continuous mode, Nuvap N1 constantly measures the parameters 24/7. Anytime, through the App, you can access the graphs of each single parameter, visualizing its levels on a daily, weekly or monthly period. What’s more, everyday Nuvap Platform will provide you with the Global Quality Index of the monitored area, based on an algorithm mixing and «weighing» all the parameters.
Punctual Operating Modes While operating in punctual mode #1, N1 provides you with the actual result of the analysis of the environmental quality parameters of the monitored area: through the App, you will know the levels of all the monitored parameters «here and now», anytime and anywere you wish to. This operating mode is suggested whenever you desire a rapid assessment of a specific area.
