15. Place the roast on a cutting board or platter and allow standing for 10-15
minutes, this allows the juices to redistribute throughout the roast making
for a moister, flavorful roast
16. Using a pot holder, loosen the screws on the rotisserie forks and remove
the rotisserie spit from the roast. Carefully remove the rotisserie forks and
carve the roast.
Using Kabob function in ROTISSERIE MODE
Caution: Appliance surfaces are hot during and after use! Do not place
anything on top of this appliance. Always wear protective, insulated oven mitts
when handling, inserting or removing items from the hot oven. Never attempt
to use your Rotisserie without the drip pan in place.
Prior to plugging you oven in ensure that the heating elements are in the
ROTISSERIE configuration (see fig. 2). Both heating elements operate in
ROTISSERIE MODE.
