DRAINED AND
RINSED
CLOVES GARLIC
LEMON JUICE
EXTRA VIRGIN
OLIVE OIL
WATER
TAHINI
SALT
CUMIN
1 Add all ingredients to the
pitcher and cover with
the pitcher lid — vented
lid cap removed.
2 Begin on LOW until liquid
is incorporated into the
mixture, then switch to
HIGH and blend until
hummus reaches your
desired consistency.
3 If you find ingredients are
not blending evenly, insert
the tamper through the hole
in the pitcher lid and stir to
redistribute the contents.
4 Blend until you get a
smooth, even purée.
