A vegetarian option to the classic sandwich — Charlie will not
be missed!
1 can chickpeas,
drained and rinsed
¼ cup mayo (or vegan mayo)
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp celery seeds
2 Tbsp minced green onion
or red onion
2 pinches fresh ground black pepper
2 pinches chili flakes
CHICKPEA UNT UNA SALAD
1 Add the ingredients in the order they are listed to the
Short Cup and twist on the Precision Extractor Blade.
2 Push and twist the cup on to the base. A green light will
flash when the unit is ready.
3 Turn the dial to the PULSE option. Press and release
the green button. Repeat until you achieve the
desired consistency.
4 Remove the cup from the Power Base and remove the
Precision Extractor Blade from the cup.
5 Chill for 1 hour. Serve on a sandwich or as a dip with veggies.
