8 When you are ﬁnished, turn

the knob to the OFF position.

9 Remove the bowl from the

base by turning it counter-

clockwise. Place bowl on

clean, dry, ﬂat surface.

WARNING: ALWAYS wait until the

blade has stopped moving before

removing the lid.

10 Remove the lid by turning it

counter-clockwise to unlock.

11 Using ﬁnger holes, carefully

remove the disc blade and

set it aside. Blade is sharp,

handle with care.
