andabrasionsduringinstallationandcleaning.
6. Whencuttingordrillingintowall orceiling,donotdamage
electricalwiringandotherhiddenutilities.

1. Never leave surface units unattended at high settings.
Boiloverscausesmokingandgreasyspilloversthatmayig-
nite.Heatoilsslowlyonlowormediumsettings.
2. AlwaysturnhoodON when cooking at highheatorwhen
ambeingfood(i.e.CrepesSuzette,CherriesJubilee,Pep-
percornBeefFlambe).
3. Cleanventilatingfansfrequently.Greaseshouldnotbeal-
lowedtoaccumulateonfanorlter.
4. Useproperpansize.Alwaysusecookwareappropriatefor
thesizeofthesurfaceelement.
