CHANGING THE REMOTE CONTROL BATTERY
Changing the Remote Control Transmitter Battery
The 3-volt lithium battery (Model CR2032) supplied in your remote control transmitter should last approximately three years, depending on usage.
When the battery begins to weaken, you will notice a decrease in range or the distance from the vehicle that your remote control will operate.
Replacement batteries are available at local electronics stores.
Follow the instructions below to change the remote control battery.
1. Insert a small at tip screwdriver into the slot on the bottom, right of the remote
control. Twist the screwdriver to pry the remote control halves apart.
2. Remove the old battery and replace with a new one. Be sure to observe
the (+) sign when inserting the new battery. The (+) sign must face
downward.
3. Carefully snap the case halves back together, then test the remote control.
The (+) sign must
face downward.
Important Note: Recycle or dispose of the old battery according to your local laws or regulations.
