BEFORE CALLING THE SERVICE CENTER
MOTOR TEST
1. Without placing the bowl on the motor base, press ‘Quick’button while pressing on the
safety switch located at the upper side of the base handle.
2. If you see the motor coupling rotating, the motor is working normally and it is time to
replace the working bowl assembly.
-Do not touch rotating motor coupling with your hand or other utensils.
-The working bowl assembly is a disposable component and must be replaced every 6 to
12 months, depending on the number of usages.

appropriate blade (as suggested on
page 7)

you operated it last?
2.When appliance is used for
continuous blending, operate no
more than 3 minutes and stop for 2
minutes before starting again.
3. Do you hear metal grinding or
blade does not move at all?
3. The working bowl is a disposable
component. Check with service center
to see if you need a new replacement.
