TROUBLESHOOTING

Unusual/abnormal noise

- Press ‘Off’button and make sure the bowl is firmly locked to the motor base.

- Make sure only the suggested amount of food is in the bowl.

(Approximately 150g ? 500 g, depending on the food)

- Make sure the food is cut into smaller wedges/pieces.

Motor is not functional

- Make sure the lid is tightly locked onto the working bowl.

- Press the ‘stop’button and wait 30minutes and start again.

(In case of motor overheating, the motor protection feature may have shut

down the appliance. Allow time for motor to cool down before starting again)

- Check to see if the electric plug is properly plugged.

In case of motor base sliding during operation -

- Wipe the rubber sole attached to the bottom of the motor base of oil,

dust and water. Make sure to wipe off all liquid from the table surface.
