Important Safeguards

ㆍRead all instructions carefully before using.
ㆍBlades are sharp. Please handle them with care.
ㆍDo not use the product outdoors.
ㆍVerify that the voltage in your home corresponds to that of your appliance.
ㆍDo not operate any appliance with damaged cord or plug, or after appliance has been dropped or
damaged in any way. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination,
repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
ㆍTo protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not put cord, plug, base, or motor in water or other liquid.
ㆍAlways unplug from outlet when not in use, before removing food and before cleaning.
To unplug, grasp plug and pull from electrical outlet. Never pull cord.
ㆍDo not let cord hang over the edge of table or counter, or touch hot surface.
ㆍKeep hands, spatulas and other utensils away from moving blades or discs while processing food,
to prevent the possibility of severe personal injury or damage to food processor.
A plastic scraper can be used, but only when the food processor motor is stopped.
ㆍAvoid contact with moving parts. Never push food down by hand when slicing or shredding.
Always use pusher, or injury can be occurred.
ㆍMake sure motor has completely stopped before removing cover
ㆍNever store any blade or disc on motor shaft, to reduce the risk of injury.
Store blades and discs out of reach of children.
ㆍMake sure that the cover and feed tube are securely locked in a place before operating food processor.
ㆍThe unauthorized use or not sold by NUC may cause fire, electrical shock or damage to
your food processor.
ㆍImmediately unplug and contact authorized service facility, during operation, when you hear
unusual sound or when you smell unusual or when you see smoke
ㆍPower full motor enables chops, minces, blends, mixes and emulsifies in a matter
of seconds, even very hard substances and fibrous vegetables.

1. JUICING FUNCTION
ㆍPush “Low” button
ㆍNeed Juicing Screen
ㆍMake natural juice with fruits, carrot, cucumber and edible roots.
ㆍMake potato pan fried cake or croquette or tofu with Juicing Screen.
2. CRUSH FUNCTION
ㆍPush “High” button.
ㆍNeed Crush Blade.
ㆍMake flour with dried beans, parched adlay.
3. CHOPPING FUNCTION
ㆍPush “Off” button.
ㆍNeed Chopping Blade.
ㆍGarlic, onion, unripe hop pepper, dried pepper, fish, and meat can be chopped.
4. MIXING FUNCTION
ㆍPush “High” button.
ㆍNeed Crush Blade.
ㆍMake fibroid Juice with crushed fibroid fruits, vegetables along with beverage.
5. SHAVED ICE FUNCTION
ㆍPush “Off” button
ㆍNeed Chopping Blade
ㆍShave Ice
6. SHRED & SLICE FUNCTION
ㆍPush “Low” button
ㆍNeed Disc for Shred/Slice
ㆍShred/Slice with vegetables, carrots, radish, cucumbers, sweet potato, lotus root and onion.
1.Put Juicing Bowl on Base Body. Insert
Round Juicing Screen firmly as drawing.
2.Put Juicer Cover on Juicing Bowl and
lock firmly fixing clamps with both hands
till you hear click as drawing.
3.Put Waste Container to the Juicer Cover
outlet direction as drawing.
4.Put button first 3-5 seconds,
and then put materials.
REMARK: DISASSEMBLY CAN BE DONE CONVERSELY.

Work Bowl as drawing.

2.Put materials in Work Bowl first and
assemble Work Bowl Cover as drawing.
3.Put Work Bowl on Base Body, position
the side lockers of the Work Bowl to the
fixing clamps of Base Body. And lock
fixing clamps with both hands till you
hear click as drawing.
When the blade cannot be opened with you finger,
please use the blade opener as drawing.
4.Push button for working.
REMARK: DISASSEMBLY CAN BE DONE CONVERSELY.

1.Put Slice Body on Base
Body and then position Slice
Bowl on the Slice Body to
the direction of the oval
sliced base Body as drawing.
2.Put Disc for Outlet on Slice
Body and then assemble
desired Disc for Shred/Slice
as drawing.
3.Put Slice Cover the direction
of the oval sliced base Body
as drawing.
4.Put Waster Container or other
Container to the direction of
Outlet as drawing
5.Push “Low” button, after 2-3
seconds, put materials with
Small/Large Feed Tube Pusher.
REMARK: DISASSEMBLY CAN BE DONE CONVERSELY.
You can use disc front or rear side according to desired function as table shown.

Slice for all kinds of vegetables,
radish, carrot, cucumber, sweet
potatoes, lotus root and onions.
Shred for radish, carrot, cucum-
ber, sweet potatoes, and onions.
1.Wash with warm water and neutral detergent
and wipe with a dishtowel. Do not use luffa.
Clean Round Juicing Screen with supplied
brush.(Be careful when you clean knives)
2.Be careful not to be wet Main Body and Slice
Bowl and wipe with dried dishtowel.
Water in motor can be caused mal-function or
electric shock.
3. When you wash the product, do not use
chemical product. If you use chemical
product, the color of product can be changed.
4. Do not put product in the direct ray of light or
humid area.
1.Be careful of knives for they are very sharp.
2.When you stop and want to open slice cover, be sure of complete stop of knife.
3.Do not push Small/Large Feed Tube Pusher too strongly to protect knife.
4.When you hear noise or vibration, stop machine and take out the remnants from knife and start again.
5.Please use Small Feed Tube Pusher only in Large Feed Tube Pusher.

NUC Electronics Co., Ltd. and its authorized dealers guarantee this product against defects for 12
months from date of purchase for all parts and 5 years for motors and will replace them as
follows:
1. NUC and its authorized dealers shall replace any and all parts (12 months from the date of
purchase) at no charge if this product is defective due to faulty materials or manufacturing.
After the warranty period you must pay for all charges including parts, labor, shipping and
handling.
2. To receive service from authorized dealers, you must present the proof of purchase, showing
name and address of supplier, together with the date of purchase. You must also supply, in
writing, your name and full address including postcode, together with a contact telephone
number, detailing any fault in full. The Proof of Purchase in the form of a bill of sale or
receipted invoice, which is evidence that the unit is within the warranty period, must be
presented to receive warranty service.
3. When returning the product to authorized dealer, the item should be packed carefully in a
carton box with protective materials inside to avoid damage during transportation.
4. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of nature,
accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any parts of the
product, including the accessories. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper
operation or maintenance, use of improper voltage supply or attempted repair by anyone other
than a facility authorized by NUC to service the product. This warranty is valid all over the
world.
5. This warranty is in addition to the consumer’s statutory rights and does not diminish the above
rights in any way.

IS AVAILABLE EXCLUSIVELY TO THE CONSUMER. NUC SHALL
