2. Make changes using Windows Explorer to folders or items that are

part of a folder added to Folder View. For example, you can create a

new folder, retitle a folder, and drag and drop items into different

folders.

You can also drag folders and items from Windows Explorer

directly to Desktop View.

3. If Desktop View is currently active, refresh the information by

choosing Refresh from the View menu. The changes you make in

Windows Explorer are directly reﬂected in Desktop View. If you

don’t choose Refresh now, Desktop View is updated the next time

SimpleSearch indexes information.
