TextBridge-Specific Crash Problems
New scanner configuration or setup or just changed or
disconnected a scanner
• Drag the Scanner Settings file (if it exists) from the System
Folder into the Trash.
• Drag the TextBridge Pro Preferences file from the Preferences
folder (in the System Folder) into the Trash.
• Restart TextBridge Pro.
Using Photolook v2.07.2 displays message: "FL driver 1.25 is
incorrectly installed. Please reinstall -43”
• Remove Photolook v2.07.
Just installed video board—possible conflict with board
• SuperMac Thunder with the 1.601 ROM is known to cause
TextBridge to crash.
Processing image files created by other applications
TextBridge may not gracefully handle unexpected file formats
and report errors.
• If the file is a PICT, try converting it to TIFF in another
application.
• If the file is grayscale, try converting it to black and white in
another application.
• If possible, try to process a copy of the image created using a
different resolution. For example, the image resolution may
be too high or two low for TextBridge to process properly.
TextBridge Pro can read black and white images with
resolutions between 72 and 600 dpi.
