TIPS FOR EFFICIENT PROCESSING
When you first use TextBridge Pro, you may find it easiest to
process documents without adjusting the default preferences. In
many cases, using default preferences provides good results.
However, if you want to get the best performance from
TextBridge Pro, fine-tuning preferences and using other efficiency
features are recommended. Specifically, you can:
◆ use preferences to define your document
◆ zone to capture only the data you want
◆ save and load zone templates
◆ save and load training data
◆ use deferred processing for long documents
Using these features, you can assure that TextBridge Pro
processes only the parts of a page that are essential, and
processes them correctly.
Over the course of an entire document, or many documents, using
these features can translate to valuable time savings.
Use job preferences to define your document
TextBridge Pro uses job preferences to determine how to
analyze and process a document. Figure 6–8 shows the Job
preferences in the first row of the Preferences Panel.
