Direct OCR Settings
Click the
Direct OCR
tab to select settings for the Direct OCR feature.
Direct OCR allows you to initiate OCR from another application. See
“Processing Documents In Other Applications” on page 22 for more
information.
Some applications may be pre-registered with Direct OCR during
OmniPage Pro installation. These applications will display in the
Registered
list box. You may need to register other applications to work
with Direct OCR. Refer to the online Help for information on registering
applications with Direct OCR.
If your application is not
listed, click
Browse...
to
locate the application file
(
*.exe
) and add it to the
Registered
list box.
An
application
must be
registered to
work with
Direct OCR.
