① When the form
is designed, its
name field is
linked to the Full
Name User Profile
Field.
➁ A user opens the
form and sees that
the name field is a
User Profile field
because it is
highlighted in
orange.
➂ The user selects
their User Profile to
use with this form.
OR
➃ If they had not yet added their name to their
User Profile, then they must enter their name on
the form manually. After entering their name, it
will automatically be added to the Full Name
field in their User Profile (as soon as they switch
records).
In the User Profile:
➃ If their User
Profile already has
their name
information filled in
for the Full Name
User Profile Field,
then the name
automatically inserts
into this field.
