Installing OmniForm
This section describes how to install OmniForm.
CD-ROM extensions must be loaded to use the CD-ROM drive.
1 With all extensions off (see the previous paragraph), insert the
OmniForm CD in your computer’s CD-ROM drive.
2 Double-click to open the CD if it does not open automatically.
3 Double-click the Installer icon.
4 Follow installation instructions.
5 Enter the serial number found on the CD-ROM case when
prompted.
6 Restart your computer.
