Using Calculations - 240
Min (Minimum)
The Min function returns the minimum (lowest) value of a set of
numbers and/or numeric expressions.
Usage Example
Min([num1], [num2] ...)
If the numbers in the fields are 90, 95, 82 and 78
Then the calculation Min([num1],[num2],[num3],[num4]) returns 78
In the example below, the minimum test score is picked out of a list of
scores and put in the
Minimum Score
field.
Minute
The Minute function returns the minute (MM) portion of a given time
(HH:MM:SS). The minute ranges from 0–59.
Usage Example
Minute(Time())
If the current time is 18:05:05
Then the calculation Minute(Time()) returns 5
In the example below, the minutes are put in the
Minutes
field using the
Time of Day
field.
