Designing a Form - 122
Print Preview — See how your form will look before you print, mail,
or fax it.
Spelling — Check the spelling of the form’s text.
Cut — Remove the current selection and copy it to the Clipboard.
Copy — Copy the current selection to the Clipboard.
Paste — Place the current contents of the Clipboard on your form. Text
pastes at the cursor location.
Design — Switch to design view.
Fill — Switch to fill view.
Zoom — Choose a page view.
Highlight Fill Areas — Turn field highlighting on and off.
Object Appearance — Set the appearance of selected objects.
Object Definition — Set the properties, filling, and validation
requirements for a selected object.
Calculation — Open and close the calculation toolbar.
Size and Position — Change the size and position of a selected object.
Tab Order — Change the order that the cursor tabs through fields in
fill view.
Help — Use context-sensitive help. Click a button or menu item to open
information about the selected object or topic.
