Menu Commands

Highlight Fill Areas — Turn field highlighting on and off.
Grid (design view only) — Display or hide the grid. A check mark
in front of the command means that the grid is displayed. The grid
consists of horizontal and vertical lines made up of points that assist in
positioning and resizing objects on a form. See

under “The Format Menu (Design View Only)” on page 115.
Rulers (design view only) — Display or hide the horizontal and
vertical rulers. A check mark in front of the command means that the
rulers are displayed. The rulers assist in positioning and sizing objects
on a form.
Toolbars... — Select whether toolbars and ToolTips appear in the
OmniForm window.
•Select
Standard
to display the standard toolbar at the top of the
window in design or fill view. This is the only toolbar option
available in fill view.
•Select
Font/Text
to display the font/text toolbar in design view.
•Select
Drawing
to display the drawing toolbar in design view.
•Select
Arrange
to display the arrange toolbar in design view.
•Select
Show ToolTips
to display the corresponding menu
commands in the toolbars when the cursor is held over a button
without clicking.
The Records Menu (Fill View Only)
Use the Records menu commands to work with an OmniForm database.
See Chapter 8, Managing an OmniForm Database, for detailed
information on procedures.
Go To — View a record in the cascading menu. You can also click the
buttons in the standard toolbar.

First
to move to the first record in your database.
•Select
Previous
to move to the record before the one you are
viewing. If record 3 is on view, for example, record 2 is the
previous record.
