Menu Commands
OmniForm Procedures - 112
Select Special... (design view only) — Select all form objects of a
specific type, such as fill text.
Add Page... (design view only) — Add one or more pages before
or after the current page.
Delete Page... (design view only) — Delete the current page or a
range of pages. You cannot delete a page if it is the only one in a form.
Insert New Object... (design view only) — Insert an OLE object
such as a bitmap image or a video clip into your form. See “Inserting
OLE Objects in a Form” on page 168.
Links... (design view only) — View a list of linked OLE objects in a
form and select linking options. This command is available when there
are linked objects in a form. See “Using the Links... Command” on page
172.
Object (design view only) — Open its cascading menu. This
command and its submenu commands vary depending on the selected
object. See “Inserting OLE Objects in a Form” on page 168.
The View Menu
Design — Switch to design view from fill view.
Fill — Switch to fill view from design view.
Form Usage... — Select how to view and use your form. See “Select a
form usage option.” on page 78.
Form Image (design view only) — Split the screen and compare
your current form with the way it appeared originally.
Zoom — Choose a page view in the cascading menu.

50%, 75%
,
100%
,
150%, 200%, 300%,
or
400%
to view the
page at the selected percentage.
• Choose
Page Width
to have the width of the page always fit in the
window. This is useful if you resize the window but want to view
the whole width of the page.
• Choose
Whole Page
to have the entire page appear in the window.
This is useful to get an idea of what your overall form looks like.
Go to Page... — Enter a page number in the Go To Page dialog box.
Click
OK
to have OmniForm open that page.
You can also click a page icon in the status bar at the bottom right of the
window to move to that page.
