Menu Commands
OmniForm Procedures - 111
Export... (fill view only) — Export information from your currently
open OmniForm database to a supported database file format. See
“Importing Information” on page 213.
Summary Info... (design view only) — Enter information about
the current form.
Print... — Print the current form on a printer, to disk as a file, or as a
macro. See “Printing or Faxing a Form” on page 96.
Print Preview — View a form before printing it.
Page Setup... (design view only) — Set paper size, margins, and
orientation for a form.
Send... — Mail the currently open form. This command is only
available if you have Microsoft Exchange/Mail or Lotus cc:Mail/Notes
installed and selected. See “Mailing a Form” on page 107.
Add Routing Slip... — Add a routing slip to your mail. This command
is only available if you have Microsoft Exchange/Mail installed and
selected as the current mail application. See “Mailing a Form” on page
107. This command changes to
Edit Routing Slip...
after a slip is created.
1, 2, 3, 4 Commands — Open one of the four most recently opened
forms.
Exit — Close all open forms and quit OmniForm. OmniForm prompts
you to save any unsaved changes.
The Edit Menu
Undo — Cancel the last action. Some actions, such as deleting records,
cannot be undone.
Cut — Remove the current selection and copy it to the Clipboard.
Copy — Copy the current selection to the Clipboard.
Paste — Place the current contents of the Clipboard on your form.
Paste Link (design view only) — Paste information from another
application into OmniForm as a linked OLE object. The application must
support links to its documents. See “Pasting a Linked OLE Object” on
page 171.
Delete — Remove the current selection.
Convert... (design view only) — Change a field from one type to
another. See “Convert...” on page 174 for more information.
Select All (design view only) — Select all objects on a form.
