Menu Commands
OmniForm Procedures - 110
Menu Commands
This section explains each OmniForm command. The menu command
information is listed in the same order as commands appear in the
menus. Cross-references in some sections point you to more detailed
information for a command or a set of commands.
Menu Shortcuts
Use a right-mouse-button click to access the four available OmniForm
shortcut menus. Select a command in a shortcut menu just as you would
in the regular menu bar.
The File Menu
New
— Open a new, blank page in design view.
Open...
— Open an OmniForm file.
Close
— Close the current form but remain in OmniForm.
Save
— Save changes made to the current form.
Save As...
— Select a name and location for a newly imported form, or
change the name or location of an open form.
Scan Form...
— Scan a paper form or import an image file into
OmniForm. See “Using the Scan Form... Command” on page 86.
Form Assistant...
— Open the Form Assistant dialog box. See “Using
Form Assistant” on page 70.
Import... (fill view only)
— Import information from another
database source into an OmniForm database. See “Importing
Information” on page 213.
