Client Profile
information. You
need to do this only
one time per form.

Profile for a specific
person and apply it
to the form. See

Client Profile fields
are highlighted in
green.
➃ If the Client Profile does not yet
have any information, you must
add information to it by entering
information into the Client Profile
fields on the form. See page 45

If the Client Profile already has
information for the corresponding
Client Profile fields, then the
information automatically inserts
into the fields on the form.
You need to add
information only once to a
Client Profile. After that, it
remembers the information
and applies it to
subsequent form records.
