Repeating Images on a Page
You can easily print out multiple copies of the same image.
To repeat images:
1 If needed, drag the photo(s) you want to print from the Transporter.
2 Choose Output menu > Print.
3 Choose Print Options and select from the menu.
4 If needed, you can adjust the settings.
5 When satisfied, press Print.
Printing Page Text
You can print information that repeats on every page. This is known as headers and
footers. Headers show up at the tops of pages, and as you might expect, footers can be
found at the bottom of each page. You can even change the starting page number so if you
are cataloging a large amount of photos, you can change the page numbers so that each
batch doesn’t start over at page 1.
To set headers and footers:
1 If needed, click the ABC button to display the page text options.
2 Select Header or Footer (or both if desired).
3 Click the ABC button next to the header or footer option and type the text you want
to use.
4 If needed, click Page Number Starting At and type a number.
Printing Filenames, Dates, and Headers
Sometimes you may want to print the filename, date and header information along with
the photos. If the file information doesn’t fit into the space you have selected, ellipses
(...) will display instead.
To print file data:
1 If needed, drag the photo(s) you want to print from the Transporter.
2 Choose Output menu > Print, or click the Print tab.
3 If needed, click the ABC button to display the text settings.
4 Check the checkboxes to select which information you want to print.
5 To add additional text, click the button next to the option name.
6 Position the image text using the dots under Image Text.
This specifies whether text is above, below, left, or right of its associated image.
7 Set the number of lines for the Description if the text is above or below the image.
If the text is on either side of the image, set the Width instead.
