2. Type the template name—the name you will say to invoke the
template—in the Case-sensitive name field.
3. Type a description of the template in the Description field.
4. Select the Vocabulary where the macro can be used: All, if you want this
macro to be active (available) for all vocabularies. Otherwise, select the
currently active vocabulary.
5. Design the fields for which you want to provide data for:
v To create the field titles, type text in the Template text area, and press
Enter at the end of each line. For example, type Title, then press Enter.
v To create an input field for each field title, place the cursor after the
last letter of the field title, press the spacebar, then say ″New" to add
the field to your template. For example, place your cursor after the
word Title, press the spacebar once, and say "New". Brackets appear to
show that an input field exists.
6. Create a list for each List field:
v Say "List" as the type of template.
