Support for Use Pack users
If you are a 'Use Pack' user, you and other users share the technical support
ID number. The first call made by any user of the Use Pack is free, and any
calls made up to 30 days after the first call by any user using the same ID
number are free. Thereafter, support for users of the same Use Pack is on a fee
basis.
If you are part of a company or organisation where several copies of ViaVoice
are installed, you might be a Use Pack user. Customers who buy a Use Pack
usually have one ViaVoice software package and a use authorisation for
additional licences, or a multiple-user proof of entitlement that entitles them
to install ViaVoice from a single software package on more than one user’s
computer. If you are such a user, before contacting technical support, have
this Guide, bearing the technical support ID for your software package,
available.
Microphone support
The microphone shipped with ViaVoice is warranted by the manufacturer.
Refer to the warranty information that came with the microphone.
