In general, you can dictate numbers by saying them as you would
conversationally.
Example 1—Numerals
Say: "One hundred forty two thousand
fifteen"

Example 2—Decimals
Say: "Five point four two three"

Example 3—Fractions
Say: "Two and three fourths"
