3. Click SSL Settings.
4. In the SSL Settings tab, you define and configure the connection to your secure web
(HTTPS) server. Enter information about your connection in the text boxes under these
sections in the dialog box:
l Certificate store on page 97
l SSL Protocols on page 99
Certificate store
In this section, you indicate the type of certificate that provides server identity, certificate, and
public key information to clients that try to establish a connection:
Certificate store type
Select the certificate store type used for the client certificate on the local machine:
n User store (default)Choose if the certificate store is a certificate store owned by
the current user. For Java, choose if the certificate store is the name of a JKS (Java
Key Store) file. If the user is OpenSSL, choose if the certificate store is a file that
contains the PEM encoded certificate and private key.
n Machine storeChoose if the certificate store is a machine store (not available in
Java or when user is OpenSSL).
n PFX file—Choose if the certificate store is the name of a Private Key Server or PFX
(PKCS12) file containing certificates. If the user is OpenSSL, the file may contain only
one certificate and private key.
