Playback/Text-to-speech settings

Playback Volume=<1-100>
Default: 100
Playback volume number box:
Sets the playback volume.
Playback Speed=<1-999>
Default: 100
Playback speed number box:
Sets the playback speed.
Fast-forward Volume=<1-100>
Default: 100
Fast-forward volume number box:
Sets the fast forward volume if Rewind/Fast-Forward
sounds are enabled.
Fast-forward Speed=<1-999>
Default: 150
Fast-forward number box:
Sets the fast forward speed.
Rewind Volume=<1-100>
Default: 100
Rewind volume number box:
Sets the rewind volume if Rewind/Fast-Forward sounds are
enabled.
Rewind Speed=<1-999>
Default: 150
Rewind speed number box:
Sets the rewind speed.
Monkey Cheater On=0/1
Default: 1 (selected)
Play Rewind/Fast-Forward sound check box:
If set to 1, Dragon plays a sound when you fast forward or
rewind a selection.
If set to 0, Dragon does not play a sound.
Text-to-speech attributes

TTS Volume=<0-255>
Default: 255
Volume slider:
Sets text-to-speech playback volume.
enx TTS Speed=<0-255>
Default: 125
Speed slider:
Sets text-to-speech playback speed.
enx TTS Mode Name=<Voice>
Default: American English Samantha
Voice drop-down menu:
Sets the voice used for text-to-speech playback.
