l Edit the General information as necessary.
l Click the appropriate tab for your product, and then edit as necessary.

To enable data collection:

View an organization.
The Manage Organization page appears.

View organization details.
The Organization Details page appears.
For more information, see “Viewing Organizations” on page 22.

Click the Products tab.
The General tab is selected by default.
4. Click the Dragon Professional tab.
5. Select the Upload usage data to Nuance for research purposes check box.
6. Click Save.
Managing user deprovisioning
User deprovisioning provides automatic user synchronization between Nuance Management Center
and your organization's LDAP user directory. Enabling user deprovisioning simplifies your user
management process, eliminating the need for you to review the status of users in your user directory
and manually make adjustments in Nuance Management Center to keep the users synchronized. User
deprovisioning performs the following functions for you automatically:
l Queries your LDAP user directory nightly and disables and deletes users in Nuance
Management Center based on their status in your user directory.
l Provides the option for you to first review users to be deprovisioned before Nuance
Management Center performs the action, allowing you to cancel the deprovisioning.
l
Revokes the product licenses from disabled or deleted users, allowing them to be re-used.
Note: User deprovisioning does not revoke Enterprise licenses.
You enable deprovisioning on the Organization Details>Deprovisioning tab. You must have the
appropriate grants to view and access this tab. For more information, see the table below.
Prerequisites l An endpoint is available for use by the user comparison
app to query your LDAP user directory.

User comparison app is installed and configured.
l Nuance cloud-hosted customers—Nuance
installs and configures this app for you.
