About data retention
Your SQL Server database stores application data, such as license information, partial speech profiles,
application usage information, and audit data. The data is purged at predefined intervals. The following table
describes the purge schedule.

Audit data Every 1 year and 1 day
Log files Every 45 days
Raw usage data
Every 90 days
Note: Converted usage data is never purged.
SMTP messages Every 90 days
Unread system messages Every 90 days
Client version information Every 90 days
License usage Every 90 days
