MyCommands Editor tocreatecustomcommandsortheCommand Browsertomodify
customcommands.
Youcanusethensadmin tooltocopyasetofcustomcommandstothedatadistribution
directoryandmakethesetofcustomcommandsavailabletoallusersofaparticular
installationofDragon
Beforeyouusethensadminutility,youmusthavealreadycreatedadatadistribution
directory,asexplainedinCreatingtheDataDistributionDirectory.

1. InDragon,createcustomcommands.
2. UsetheCommand Browsertoexportthecustomcommandstoa.datfile,forexample,
NewCommands.dat.
3. Ifyouhavenotalreadycreatedit,createthedatadistributiondirectory.Formoreinform-
ation,seeCreatingtheDataDistributionDirectory.
4. Oneachcomputerthatauserusesfordictation,inacommandprompt,typeacommand
lineusingthefollowingsyntax,toaddthecustomcommandsfromthe.datfile.Reference
thenetworkaddressofthedatadistributiondirectoryinthecommand:
