Prepare to use the Data Distribution Tool to export custom commands
1. InDragon,createcustomcommands.
2. UsetheCommand Browsertoexportthecustomcommandstoa.datfile,forexample,
NewCommands.dat.
3. Ifyouhavenotalreadycreatedit,createthedatadistributiondirectory.Formoreinform-
ation,seeCreatingDataDistributionDirectory.
4. Oneachcomputerthatauserusesfordictation,usetheData Distribution Tool toadd
the.datfiletothedatadistributiondirectory.Formoreinformation,seeAddingcustom
commands.
Use the Data Distribution Tool to add custom commands
1. StarttheData Distribution Tool.Formoreinformation,seeStartingtheDataDis-
tributionTool.
2. IntheData Distribution Tool,selectAdd or remove shared commands .
3. ClickNext.
4. SelectthelanguagesfortheUserProfilethatyouwilladdcustomwordsto.
5. ClickNext.
6. UsetheImport buttontoselectthe.datfilesthatcontainthecustomcommandstoadd.
Placethe.datfilesintotheNew shared commands listintheupperhalfofthedialog
box.YoucanmodifythelistbyselectingparticularfilenamesandusingtheRemove and
Remove All buttons.
7. ClickNext.TheData Distribution Tool displaysalogofalltheoperationsitperforms.
8. ClickFinish tore-displaytheData Distribution Tool mainscreenorclickCancel to
exit.
