Whenwordlistsandcommandsareinthedatadistributiondirectory,assoonasaperson
openstheirUserProfile,Dragonautomaticallyimportswordsandcommandsfromthedata
distributiondirectoryintotheUserProfile.Thisoccursregardlessofthelocationofthe
computertheuserdictateson.

Create a data distribution directory in a location other than the default location
Repeatthefollowingstepsforeachworkstationthatshouldsharethedistributedwordsor
commands.
1. InDragon,closeallopenusers.
2. Onthenetwork,createadirectoryandgiveallusersthatdictatewithDragon accesstothe
directory.Grantreadaccesstoprovidersthatdictate.Grantwriteaccessonlytoadmin-
istrators.
3. IfDragon isrunning,ontheNewDragonBarorClassicDragonBar,selectTools >Admin-
istrative Settings.WhentheAdministrative Settings dialogboxopens,proceedto

4. IfDragon isnotrunning,select Start >Run.WhentheRun dialogboxopens,intheOpen
textbox,typethefollowing,makingsuretoputaspacebetweennatspeak.exe andthe
