Step-by-Step Upgrade Process
Youmustfollowthesestepstosetoptionsforyourend-users:
1. IfyouareupgradingfromapreviousversionofDragon,copythensdefaults.iniandroam-
ingdef.inifilestoacentrallocationsotheycanaccessedlater.
2. Openacommandlinewindow(Start>Runandentercmd).
3. UninstallthecurrentversionofDragonwithmsiexec.exebypassingtheinstallerthe/x
optionfollowedbytheoldversion’sGUIDandthe/qnoptiontoturnoffanyGUI.
ThecorrectGUIDforeachVersionyoucanupgradetoDragonNaturallySpeaking13on
thecommandlineisshownintheadjacenttableandtheexamplebelowusestheDragon
