Overview of Silent Upgrade
Ifyourenvironmentrequiresthatyouperformasilentinstallationandusemsiexec.exe,rather
thansetup.exe,takethesehigh-levelactionsinthisorder:
n UninstalltheolderversionofDragon.
n Version10only:UninstalltheolderversionofVisualC++RuntimeforDragon.
n Formajorupgradesonly:PerformaninitialinstallationofthenewversionofDragonon
asinglecomputerandestablishtheconfigurationyouwanttousebycalling
natspeak.exeonthecommandlineandpassingittheseoptions:
n /setdefaultoptions

WhenyouruntheDragoncommandlineinstallationsilently,themsiexec.exeinstaller
