To run the Acoustic and Language Model Optimizer
to optimize Roaming User Profiles
1. Be sure that a copy of Dragon is installed on the computer where you plan to run the
Acoustic
and Language Model Optimizer
. Also be sure that the
Roaming
feature is not enabled.
2. On the Windows
Start
menu, select
Programs
>
Dragon NaturallySpeaking 11.5
>
Dragon
NaturallySpeaking Tools
>
Scheduler for Acoustic and Language Model Optimizer
to
start the
Acoustic and Language Model Optimizer Scheduler
.
3. Access the master directory of the Roaming User Profiles you want to optimize: select File >
Set Speaker Directory
from the menu of the
Acoustic and Language Model Optimizer
Scheduler
window. In the
Set User Profile Directory
dialog box, either enter the path of the
directory or click the
Browse
button. If the User Profiles you want to optimize are located in
multiple directories, you can change directories to locate the additional User Profiles.
4. Select the User Profile(s) you want to optimize and set a schedule for running the
Acoustic
and Language Model Optimizer
. For specific instructions, click the
Help
button in the win-
dow.
