Version 8 File Structure
Upgrading from Dragon NaturallySpeaking V6 or V7 to V8 will automatically relocate some
NaturallySpeaking directories and files to ensure compatibility with the latest release of the
Microsoft Windows platform.
Note: The following directory structures and file locations assume an installation to the default location. The location
of the directories and files moved by the V8 upgrade cannot be changed or specified by the user.
V6 Directory structure for all supported Windows operating systems
The directory structure before upgrading to V8:
