CommandBrowserinitiallyopenswithGlobalCommandsselectedinthe

ContextlistboxsothattheIncludeGlobalcheckboxisnotactive.Youmust

selectadifferentcommandcontexttomaketheIncludeGlobalcheckbox

active.
