UsetheImportlistofwordsorphraseswizardifyouwanttoaddmultiple-wordphrasesto

fromSpecificDocumentswizard.YoushoulddothisbecausetheImportlistofwordsor
phraseswizardaddswordsfromdocumentsasphrases,notsinglewords.

1. Say"AccuracyCenter,"orclickHelp>ImproveMyAccuracy.
2. OntheAccuracyCenter,clickorsay"Importalistofwordsorphrases".
3. FollowthestepsontheImportlistofwordsorphraseswizard.
Adding words with the Spelling window
IfDragonNaturallySpeakingmisrecognizesaword,itmaybethatthewordisnotinthe
program'sVocabulary.Whenthisisthecase,youcanusethefollowingproceduretoaddthe
wordsothatitisrecognizedinthefuture.
To add words with the Spelling window
1. Say"SpellThat,"followedbythefirstfourtosixlettersofthedesiredword.
TheSpellingwindowopens.
2. InthetheSpellingwindow,finishtypingthewordorspellitbyvoice.
