letters,thewrittenformcouldbe"U.N.C.L.E."andthespokenformcouldbe"UNCLE."That
way,Dragonwouldstilltypeonlytheword"uncle"whenyoudictateitasusual,becauseit
alsoexistsintheVocabulary.
Alternately,ifyouwantedtoaddpunctuationtoawordthatalreadyexistsintheVocabulary
everytimeyouusedthatword,youwouldchangethepropertiesoftheexistingword.For

Learning from specific documents
YoucanusetheLearnfromSpecificDocumentswizardtopersonalizeyourprofileby
addingwordsfromspecificfoldersordocumentstoyourvocabulary.Dragon
NaturallySpeakinganalyzesthedocumentstoupdatethevocabularywithinformationabout
yourwordusage.
Caution
Tomaintainaccuracy,Dragonmustonlyanalyzecontentinthelanguageinwhichyouruser
profilewascreated.Besuretoselectonlydocumentsinthelanguageofyourcurrentprofile.
To add words from specific documents
1. Say"OpenAccuracyCenter"andthen"LearnFromSpecificDocuments"orclick
Vocabulary>LearnFromSpecificDocumentsontheNewDragonBarorClassic
DragonBar.
2. IntheLearnfromSpecificDocumentswizard,selectfromthefollowingoptions:
n FindKnownWordswithUnknownCapitalization:SelectthisoptiontohaveDragon
lookforwordsonyoursystemthatareinitsVocabularybutwhichusedifferent
capitalization,suchasDesktop.Thisoptionisturnedoffbydefault.
n AdapttoWritingStyle:SelectthisoptiontohaveDragonanalyzewordcombinations
toimproveitscapacitytoanticipateyourwritinganddictationstyle.Thisoptionis
turnedonbydefault.
3. ClickNexttocontinue.TheLearnfromSpecificDocumentsscreenopens.
